Google Pay Transaction Failures Observed

We have observed that the service from Google Pay was not available between 19:51 - 20:39 - We have since seen these resume and are now processing successfully.

Google Pay Payments were the only transactions impacted and all other transactions are processing successfully.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have noticed that some transactions are failing to process with Google Pay - These look to be the only payments with an issue and all other transactions are processing successfully. We are currently investigating the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
