Visa 3DS2 Transactions Failing

Arcot has confirmed this issues is now resolved.

We would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have observed failures for 3ds2 Visa transactions on all routes.
This has been escalated to our 3rd party provider as a P1 incident.
