Transaction Failures Observed
Updates
We would like to confirm that as of now, all transaction processing services are fully operational.
On the morning of April 19, 2025, at approximately 06:30, we experienced a disruption that affected token-based payment processing. Normal card transactions remained unaffected during this time. Our engineering teams quickly identified the underlying cause and implemented corrective measures to restore full functionality.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. We understand how critical uninterrupted service is to our customers, and we do not take this disruption lightly.
To ensure this doesn’t happen again, we have already begun a thorough review of the incident and are implementing additional safeguards, including:
- Enhanced monitoring and alerting specifically around token transaction paths.
- Improvements to our failover and recovery processes for more resilient handling of partial service failures.
- A deeper audit of similar systems to proactively mitigate potential points of failure.
We are committed to transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement. Thank you for your patience and continued trust in us. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
