3DS2 Authentication Failures Observed

We have observed that authentication success rates have returned to expected thresholds following the recent disruption affecting 3D Secure 2 processing—primarily impacting Visa transactions.
Based on current data, it appears that the card issuers and their 3DS Authentication & Technology partners have applied a fix. The issue was external to Judopay and no changes were made on our side.
We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.
[Update] We are still observing that some card issuers are experiencing ongoing problems with processing 3D Secure 2 authentication. This is resulting in a higher rate of failed authentication attempts with the majority seen on Visa.
We have established this is occurring external to Judopay and we are aware that the issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented by the card issuers 3DS Authentication & Technology partners.
