We’ve successfully completed the backfill of data from the affected period (09:59–10:36 on Wednesday, 29/10/2025).
If you receive automated reports, these have been re-sent today for Wednesday’s data.
Apologies again for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience while we resolved this.
Reports are now generating and sending normally, and there are no ongoing issues with report delivery or viewing current transactions in Portal.
Our teams are still backfilling the remaining transaction data from Wednesday, 29/10/2025 (09:59–10:36) to ensure full data accuracy in the Portal.
We’ll post a final update once all data recovery work has been completed.
