Between 17:43 and 17:53 we observed a major incident with traffic not being routed via our Google Cloud Platform load balancers and disrupting our payment APIs.
Traffic flow has since resumed with all services operating normally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are following up on the matter with Google.
